AKRON, OHIO, USA, January 18, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — M. Weston Non-Surgical Hair Restoration, an Artistry Concepts’ subsidiary, the first and longest running scalp micropigmentation provider in the United States, announces the opening of their fourth location in Akron, Ohio.

Since the founding of its parent company, Artistry Concepts in 2009, non-surgical hair loss treatments have been provided to more than 4,000 clients and currently is located in Florida. The Ohio Weston Center marks the third US center (one location in Mexico) to be able to provide proven non-surgical hair restoration services to a wider audience of men and women.

“As part of The Weston Center’s national expansion, our additional location in Ohio will serve the needs of more individuals suffering from hair loss,” says Weston Center Corporate Owner Mark Weston. “As the only worldwide scalp micropigmentation company to offer a proven and patented system, The Weston System has helped thousands of individuals overcome their hair loss issues via the latest advancement in technology and innovations.”

Ohio Weston Center licensees, David J. Banks, 46, a licensed master barber whom graduated from Allstate Barber College in 1995 and his wife, Sonja Banks, was the former director of Paul Mitchell the School in Cleveland, Ohio. After a close family friend received The Weston System℠, they saw how elated their friend was and how it changed his confidence. Seeing many of their long-term clients go through the pain of hair loss over the past twenty years, David and Sonja were enthusiastic about the possibility of helping their clients with hair loss.

David and Sonja contacted Mark Weston and inquired about training in The Weston System℠ and operating a Weston Center.  Their choice of a Weston Center was an effortless decision after contacting many of the well-known multi-session companies.  Personally seeing the outcome of The Weston System℠ on their friend, they saw the value in Weston's one-session and permanent method.  Not wanting to subject their clients to further stress by offering long-term multi-sessions and touchups, The Weston System℠ was the perfect and only choice for them.

The Ohio Weston Center located in Suite 347, 3094 West Market Street, Fairlawn, Ohio, is now open for business. For more information on the Ohio Weston Center, please visit: https://www.markwestonhair.com/locations/ohio-scalp-micropigmentation

Offering a one appointment only and permanent, non-surgical solution to hair loss for both men and women, The Weston System℠ is an exclusive and patented technologically-advanced hybrid medical scalp micropigmentation method that mimics lost follicular hair units on the scalp. This System is successful in replicating lost follicles for men, women and also for camouflaging hair transplant scars and added density.

Locations in Southern California and Chicago, Illinois will open by the Spring of 2018. Locations are presently operating in Florida, Georgia, Mexico and now Ohio.

Texas Corporate Whistleblower Center Now Urges A Manager at a Publicly Traded Company in Texas to Call About Rewards if Their Company Is Willfully Hiding Bad News From Shareholders

We are now urging an Manager at a publicly-traded company based in Texas to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if your executive team is withholding extremely negative information about the company”

— Texas Corporate Whistleblower Center

WASHINGTON, DC , USA, January 18, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — The Texas Corporate Whistleblower Center says, "We are now urging an Manager at a publicly-traded company based in Texas to call us anytime at 866-714-6466 if your executive team is withholding extremely negative information about the company to prevent a stock price correction or collapse. We know shareholders do not like bad news and we also know executive teams frequently will do everything possible to shine up quarterly results because their compensation and continued employment depends on it.

"As we would like to discuss, the bigger the company, the bigger the reward potential for the whistleblower – and we are potentially talking millions of dollars if a publicly traded company is lying to or intentionally misleading their shareholders. We might add – it happens all of the time. A call to us at 866-714-6466 is strictly confidential." http://Texas.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Examples of the type of Corporate Executive with proof a CEO is lying to shareholders The Texas Corporate Whistleblower Center would like to hear from include:

* A pharmaceutical company lying to their shareholders about the effectiveness of a new drug product or withholding the fact the drug is killing people or seriously injuring consumers.

* A bank or financial services company misrepresenting their financial health or hiding a serious blunder involving fees that will result in class actions and negative publicity.

* A defense contractor that has misrepresented the effectiveness or survivability of equipment, a weapons system, a ship or an aircraft in combat.

* An automobile or truck manufacturer that has withheld information about defective parts or engineering because it would taint consumer confidence and erode shareholder faith.

* Any type of US-based publicly traded company that as part of their international marketing strategy bribes foreign officials to sell their products in a specific country or region.

According to the Texas Corporate Whistleblower Center, "If you are a corporate executive and you possess solid proof your current or former employer has recently engaged in the practice of lying to their shareholders about very serious issues that could dramatically impact price per share value please call us anytime at 866-714-6466 and let's have a confidential conversation about the whistleblower reward potential of your information. Why sit on a potentially huge winning lotto ticket without ever knowing what it might have been worth?" http://Texas.CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Simple rules for a whistleblower from the Corporate Whistleblower Center: Do not go to the government first if you are a potential whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing. The Corporate Whistleblower Center says, “Major whistleblowers frequently go to the government thinking they will help. It’s a huge mistake. Do not go to the news media with your whistleblower information. Public revelation of a whistleblower’s information could destroy any prospect for a reward. Do not try to force a company/employer or individual to come clean about significant Medicare fraud, overbilling the federal government for services never rendered, multi-million-dollar state or federal tax evasion, or a Texas based company falsely claiming to be a minority owned business to get preferential treatment on federal or state projects. Come to us first, tell us what type of information you have, and if we think it’s sufficient, we will help you with a focus on you getting rewarded.” http://CorporateWhistleblower.Com

Unlike any group in the US the Corporate Whistleblower Center can assist a potential whistleblower with packaging or building out their information to potentially increase the reward potential. They will also provide the whistleblower with access to some of the most skilled whistleblower attorneys in the nation. For more information a possible whistleblower with substantial proof of wrongdoing in Texas can contact the Whistleblower Center at 866-714-6466 or contact them via their website at http://Texas.CorporateWhistleBlower.Com.

ShotStop Ballistics announces its SCOUT IV Body Armor Plate stops six rounds of armor piercing (M2AP) bullets.

ShotStop® Ballistics, LLC, developer of the lightest, thinnest, and strongest advanced armor technologies in the world, recently introduced its SCOUT™ IV

If the standard is one round, we will shoot it three or more times just to be safe. We make products that save lives; we don't take that lightly.”

— Vall Iliev, founder of ShotStop Ballistics.

STOW, OHIO, UNITED STATES, January 17, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — ShotStop® Ballistics, LLC, developer of the lightest, thinnest, and strongest advanced armor technologies in the world, recently introduced its SCOUT™ IV, a 5.5-pound, 0.9 -inch thick, Level IV body armor plate. SCOUT IV armor is ShotStop's first plate designed to meet and exceed the NIJ's highest threat protection level.

When it comes to stopping bullets, the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) Level IV is the highest rated level of threat protection for body armor. Level IV body armor must effectively stop at least one armor piercing (AP) round, to meet NIJ standards.

Two independent tests recently confirmed that ShotStop's SCOUT IV armor successfully defeated six rounds of 7.62 x 51 M2AP (Armor Piercing) without penetration and minimal back-face deformation. In one of those tests, the plate was shot from just 15 feet away with all six rounds.

"Stopping two AP rounds would be impressive," said Special Deputy Larry Moore of the Wood County Sheriff’s Office. "The fact that this plate stopped six rounds from that proximity is unheard of."

To confirm each test, both were caught on video and can be found on YouTube at https://YouTu.be/YU7rqMpWUT0 and https://youtu.be/u7i_ccBDu08.

"What really got me excited," said Matt Shafer of Tactical Defense Training, "was that three of the six rounds I shot at the plate were in very close proximity to each other and it still stopped all of them."

Lighter, Thinner, Stronger Body Armor
ShotStop focuses its development efforts on not only meeting NIJ standards, but exceeding them. Before introducing any plate to the market, ShotStop's ballistics engineering team tests each plate through independent NIJ-accredited ballistics laboratories to successfully achieve the standards set by the NIJ. It then goes beyond the basic standards and tests to “failure,” to ensure the plate is fully capable of exceeding those standards as well.

"If the standard is one round, we will shoot it three or more times just to be safe," said Vall Iliev, founder of ShotStop Ballistics. "We make products that save lives; we don't take that lightly."

ShotStop's patented Duritium® technology, a proprietary stack molding process, is what allows its body armor to be thinner, lighter, and more durable than anything else on the market. Utilizing Duritium technology often results in a 30-percent reduction in thickness and weight, compared to the next best plate on the market at the same protection level. In many cases, plates made with Duritium technology are up to half as thick as other comparable stand-alone plates. This means personnel in the field can have the same protection level with much less bulk and weight, thereby benefitting from dramatically improved comfort and mobility.

The SCOUT IV armor is just the beginning for ShotStop in NIJ Level IV protection. The company is currently developing more life-saving products that will push the boundaries of what is expected from body armor plates — thinner, lighter, and stronger than anything else in the world.

Military Heads-up Display (HUD) 2018 Global Market Expected to Grow at CAGR of 9.6% and Forecast to 2023

Wiseguyreports.Com Publish New Market Report On -“Military Heads-up Display (HUD) Market -Global Analysis, Size, Share, Trends, Growth and Forecast 2018 – 2023”

PUNE, INDIA, January 17, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ —

Military Heads-up Display (HUD) Market 2018

HUD systems use a transparent display screen that is placed above the aircraft controls at the pilot’s head level. The required mission information is displayed on the transparent screen so that the display is overlaid on the pilot’s normal cockpit view. This allows pilots to keep their heads up and their eye sights along the flight trajectory, even while looking at the information displayed on the HUDs. As pilots need not have to repeatedly change his/her line of sight between display panels and flight trajectory, HUD has reduced the operator’s reaction time and enhanced their split-second decision-making capability.

The analysts forecast the global military heads-up display (HUD) market to grow at a CAGR of 9.6% during the period 2017-2021.

Donnie Wahlberg

Executive Producer David F. Alfonso will once again team up with Tim Gray Media and the World War II Foundation on the film The Rangers at Pointe-du-Hoc

David F. Alfonso is first and foremost, an historian when it comes to World War II.”

— Tim Gray

WASHINGTON, DC, USA, January 16, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — January 6, 2018-Washington, DC-Actors Donnie Wahlberg (Band of Brothers, Blue Bloods) and veteran actor David McCallum (Man From U.N.C.L.E. and The Great Escape) will lend their voice to a 75th anniversary of D-Day film focused on the 2nd Ranger Battalion’s critical mission of climbing the 100-foot cliffs of Pointe-du-Hoc on D-Day and knocking out German gun positions.

The Rangers at Pointe-du-Hoc will mark the 22nd film focused on the personal stories of World War II produced by Tim Gray Media and the World War II Foundation and also the fifth collaboration with Executive Producer David F. Alfonso and TGM/WWII Foundation.

Previously, David F. Alfonso has served as Executive Producer on the films Dick Winters: Hang Tough, Above and Beyond, Remember Pearl Harbor narrated by Tom Selleck and D-Day: Over Normandy narrated by Bill Belichick. Alfonso was also a key contributor to the building and dedication of the Richard D. Winters Leadership Monument in Normandy, France, which was dedicated on June 6, 2012 behind Utah Beach.

When he is not backing the efforts of the World War II Foundation, David is the Executive Chairman at Empire, a private investment firm focused on acquiring business units from public and private corporations. In the past twenty years he has acquired a diversified group of 60 global companies, which in aggregate generated revenues over $5 billion annually, and employed over 15,000 people throughout the world.

“David is first and foremost, an historian when it comes to World War II,” said Tim Gray, Founder of the World War II Foundation. “He has been a key supporter of our efforts because he believes, as we all do, that these stories need to be preserved for a global television audience so people don’t forget what the World War II generation accomplished. They saved the world, “Gray continued.

“I am happy to be a part of this special film recognizing the 75th anniversary of D-Day and especially, the contributions and bravery of the 2nd Ranger Battalion at Pointe-du-Hoc,” David F. Alfonso said. “It is one of the most incredible stories of the June 6, 1944 Allied invasion and we have two great narrators to bring the story to life,” said Alfonso. “The veterans interviewed for this film are now all gone, but their stories will live on in history.”

The Quick Overview:

The incredible story of the U.S. Army Rangers who assaulted the 100-foot-high cliffs of Pointe-du-Hoc on June 6, 1944, where 6 German cannons were supposed to be located and taken out.

UMT Selected as one of 2018 Top Colleges & Universities in Military Advanced Education & Transition's Guide

UMT Graduates, Families and Friends at 2017 UMT Commencement

2018 Top Colleges & Universities

UMT Commencement

ARLINGTON, VA, USA, January 16, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — For 8 consecutive years, the University of Management and Technology (UMT) has been selected as one of the top schools for servicemembers and veterans in the Military Advanced Education & Transition (MAE&T)'s Guide to Colleges & Universities. It has just been included in the 2018 Guide.

MAE&T, a higher education journal for veterans and military personnel, was the first journal to publish this reference tool back in 2007. The Guide is used to provide a way to measure the best practices in military and veteran education using a questionnaire of military-supportive policies enacted at over 600 institutions across the USA, including private, public, for-profit, non-profit, and two- to four-year colleges. Whether it is an online institution or brick-and-mortar university, MAE&T’s Guide provides the information servicemembers and veterans need to find the top institutions that will best accommodate them.

The Guide evaluates schools based on their military culture, financial aid, flexibility, general support, on-campus support and online support services. Each school's performance rating by category is represented in an easy-to-recognize dashboard. This enables prospective students to quickly target schools that follow best practices in military education, and then to put these in context with other academic or career considerations. With input from an advisory board of educational and government experts, and criteria based on recommendations from the VA and military services, MAE&T's Guide to Colleges & Universities provides the foundational information a prospective student would use in framing their educational needs.

"As the first publication to promote a list evaluating best practices in military education, MAE&T has been improving the process every year in order to provide our men and women in uniform information that will help them make the right choices about college. Thank you for helping us serve those who serve our country." said Kelly Fodel, Military Advanced Education & Transition's editor-in-chief.

About Military Advanced Education & Transition

Military Advanced Education & Transition (www.mae-kmi.com) is the journal of higher education for servicemembers and veterans making the transition from military to the civilian sector. Covering issues and hot topics in higher education, career trends, transition assistance, innovative programs, and schools of special interest to the military, MAE&T focuses on news and resources that will empower a military student to pursue a quality education and rewarding career. MAE&T serves education services officers (ESOs) and transition officers (TOs) at every U.S. military installation, along with the servicemembers they counsel. Published 10 times yearly, MAE&T's editorial coverage includes exclusive interviews with military executive leadership, educators, and members of Congress; best practices; career and transition spotlights, servicemember, school, and program profiles, and periodic special reports.

Ohmcraft Leaded Resistors Trusted by XRF Spectrometry Manufacturers for More Than 15 Years

ROCHESTER, NY, UNITED STATES, January 16, 2018 /EINPresswire.com/ — For more than 15 years, leaders in the manufacturing of X-ray fluorescent (XRF) spectrometry equipment have relied on Ohmcraft’s high voltage leaded resistors for their products. XRF equipment allows for the non-destructive, total analysis of chemical and elemental compounds, and is used to quantify elements and identify unknown substances.

The XRF phenomenon occurs when a material or substance is saturated with high-energy X-rays, triggering the emission of characteristic fluorescent X-rays that allow the component to be identified. This energy is picked up and analyzed by detectors in XRF machines, which can then categorize the element in question. The devices identify elements from magnesium to uranium, and are used in a wide range of applications, including environmental, agricultural, and food safety monitoring, as well as for mining and exploration purposes.

Since many XRF spectrometry devices operate up to 50,000 volts and are handheld, Ohmcraft’s high voltage leaded resistors are made as small as possible in order to maintain the devices’ small form factors. To ensure long term stability and accuracy, resistors used in this application must feature high voltage capabilities.

“The most critical component for resistors utilized in XRF devices is stability,” said Eric Van Wormer, Vice President of the Ohmcraft division of Micropen Technologies. “Ohmcraft’s ultra-high voltage leaded resistors are thoroughly tested to ensure they can withstand the energy emitted by the X-rays used in XRF spectrometry devices. The reliability of these resistors is why XRF spectrometry equipment manufacturers have chosen Ohmcraft for nearly two decades.”

Ohmcraft’s thick-film, surface mount resistors are engineered to meet application specific needs. Its technology utilizes the proprietary Micropen electronic printing system to “print” precise, narrow, serpentine lines with resistive ink on a ceramic substrate, producing higher performance resistors over a wider range of values on a smaller surface area than is possible with conventional film resistor technology.
