Waterfront MACC contract awardees receive bilateral modifications

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Northwest issued Manson Construction Co. of Seattle, Washington, Triton Marine Construction Corp. of Bremerton, Washington, Michels Construction, Inc. of Brownsville, Wisconsin, Orion Government Services LLC of Federal Way, Washington, Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. of Vancouver, Washington, Contrack Watts, Inc. of McLean, Virginia, SLSCO, LTD. of Galveston, Texas, and Ballard Marine Construction, LLC of Washougal, Washington, bilateral modifications to their respective waterfront (WF) multiple-award construction contracts (MACC) August 7.

The modifications revise each contract to reflect an increase in the WF MACC’s shared aggregate maximum ordering capacity from $326,000,000 to $380,000,000. This modification increases the maximum contract value (ceiling) only and does not establish new contracts, expand the technical scope of work, extend the Contract Completion Date, or otherwise alter the existing terms and conditions, except for the revised maximum ordering capacity.

For questions or concerns regarding this contract, contact the NAVFAC Northwest Public Affairs Office at mailto:navfacnwpao@us.navy.mil.
